Actors
If you're on our mailing list, you will receive notice of our upcoming audtions.  Audition early and often, that's my rule of thumb!  We're a fun ensemble company to work with.  Many of our actors have such a good experience on our shows that they join the Board of Trustees to keep the theatre alive.  We look foward to seeing you.

Production
Want to work backstage?  We always need run crew to help during the productions, and we can teach you what you need to know.  If you're a designer, technician, director, or stage manager, we encourage you to join our team!  Send us a resume or come to any audition to talk about upcoming opportunities.

Marketing
Getting the word out is a continual and time-consuming job.  We need press releases, newsletters, advertising, posters, and even special events like booths at the Hessler Street Fair or Cleveland Pride.  We also need your expertise on making on improving our relationships with local (and not-so-local!) press and other media contacts.

Playwrights
We're always on the lookout for good new feminist plays to produce.  Guidelines are simple:  if you have a script which you consider feminist, send it along with a cover letter.  While feminism has many definitions, we choose not to be theorists, but activists.  Any play with strong thinking female characters in a script that strives toward peace or social improvement will be considered.  Male characters and male playwrights are likewise encouraged, as are women of color and lesbians.  We do tend towards productions which aren't too costly to mount, and we produce three scripts per season.   We have a small mountain to read here, so we do warn you that we are sometimes slow in responding.  Snail mail submissions prefered:
